This year, I had the pleasure of attending KSCOPE15. If you came by the interRel booth, I was the one constantly saying “Pick a Duuuuuck”.  (Because that’s how we say it in Texas)  We launched our #PlayItForward initiative, which included a parody of one of my all time favorite commercials (yes, I was alive when it first aired).  A great deal of support issues that come up are easy 5-10 minute tutorials.  I’ve put together a few videos that will be released later this month, and am putting together a few more in the later months.
