Smart View: The request timed out

Have you done all of this?

Registry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Setting

 “KeepAliveTimeout”= 900000 (Decimal Value)

“ReceiveTimeout”= 900000 (Decimal Value)

“ServerInfoTimeout”= 900000 (Decimal Value)

And still get this?

The request timed out. Contact your SmartView client system administrator to extend your Windows Internet Explorer time out settings (ReceiveTimeOut, KeepAliveTimeout, ServerInfoTimeout)

Try applying the registry settings to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER as well.
Registry in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
(then reboot!)
